Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at snijdermapeels@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the product back to us at your expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
